What the home rental program is
Our home rental program delivers a professional NeurOptimal® device directly to your home. We set it up, guide you through your first session, and provide ongoing remote support for as long as you are training. When you are done, we pick it up.
It is the same brain training we offer in clinic — the same technology, the same results — on your schedule, in your space. Train before your 6am workout. Train after the kids are in bed. Train every day if you want to. Your schedule, not ours.

Home rental FAQ
Is it the same device as in the clinic?
Yes — exactly the same professional NeurOptimal® system. There is no downgrade for home use. You get the identical technology and identical results, just in your own space.
How do I know if I am doing it correctly?
You cannot really do it wrong. NeurOptimal® is automatic — you put on the headphones, start the session, and your brain does the work. We guide your first session and check in regularly so you feel confident throughout.
Can my whole family use the same device?
Yes. Each person runs their own sessions, and the device tracks them individually. Many families rent specifically so both a parent and a child can train on the same schedule.
What if something goes wrong with the device?
You have direct access to us for the entire rental period. If anything is not working, we troubleshoot remotely or arrange a replacement — you are never on your own.
